New Vegan Quick Cook Meal

When I first decided to start eating vegan I had no idea what to cook.
This is a fast vegan meal I came up with that was quick and easy, and pretty affordable, too!

Vegan Chicken Stir Fry:


  • Minute Rice
  • Green Giant – Japanese Mix
  • Gardein Crispy Tenders
  • VH Teriyaki Sauce

This meal takes about 15-20 minutes to prepare.

Preheat the oven and bake the crispy tenders.
Cook the minute rice according to the instructions on the package.

At the same time fry the vegetables up in a frying pan and add the teriyaki sauce.

This is an easy, healthy go-to recipe as you figure out how to stock your fridge as a new vegan.
